Limitation of Liability.

Cherished Moments does not accept liability for any damage to property of possession, loss of earnings, lost profits, or incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This applies to all products and services rendered by Cherished Moments, in person or otherwise.


Due to the nature of our work, once you have placed an order we cannot issue refunds for any personalised items as they cannot be resold. All non personalised items can be refunded up to 28 days after payment. Delivery will be made once payment has been received in full. If there are any problems when you receive your item you must report them to us within 14 days of receiving your goods (note this applies only to non-personalised items); after this time we are not liable for any responsibility to repair or replace the item. Personalised items with issues must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery. After which any repairs will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Pricing & Payment.

We reserve the right to amend any product prices and delivery charges at any time.

All products are listed in prices for GBP £ Sterling.

All payments through the website are carried out through Paypal or Square. Payment for services can be paid in cash, BACs or Paypal.


Delivery services are offered and we will do our best to provide an estimated date of delivery. The costs are based upon the total approximate packed weight and/or volume of the items you have ordered. Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.

Please allow more time at peak periods (e.g. Christmas) for deliveries. You will be alerted to any known delays in dispatch time, either at the time of purchase or as soon afterwards as possible. We do not post items outside the United Kingdom. Please note we are not liable for any losses experienced due to an order arriving after the estimated delivery date.

If you have not received your item, a claim of non-receipt must be made by email within 28 days of noted dispatch date.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on our website, (including that provided or transmitted by a third party or service, including but not limited to Google, Facebook & Instagram), in promotional materials, packaging, receipts and all other associated literature, belong to Cherished Moments.

Cherished Moments reserves all of its rights. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or licence to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by us unless expressly provided in writing.

Privacy Policy, Information Collection And Use & Communications.

Cherished Moments ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://www.cherished-moments.net (the "Site").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

The primary means of communications with customers will be directly through private e-mail or Facebook Messenger. We will only keep personal information in order to ensure secure payments* and effective deliveries are conducted. We will not pass your personal information on to any third parties, nor will we store it for marketing purposes or adding you to a mailing list. I require this information to provide my services, to fulfil an order, settle disputes or provide customer support. If necessary this information will be used to support any legal obligation or court order in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchase as required by tax law.

I will only retain your information for as long as is necessary. Some information will be retained for up to four years, in order for me to meet my legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes and enforce my agreements.  

Any written documentation containing your details will be kept in a locked cabinet. All digital information will be protected by Windows Defender, a comprehensive, on going, real time protection against software threats across emails, apps, cloud and the web.

*Payments made through third parties (Paypal and Square) have their own privacy policies and Cherished Moments are not responsible for how they handle your data. All credit card, debit card and any other details of payment are stored by the third party and we are only given access to details that will enable delivery (Name, address and telephone, this is limited to what you provide in the delivery & billing information section). This information can be accessed by Cherished Moments post sale but will not be downloaded, stored or shared with any third party or for our own marketing purposes. If you wish for your information to be removed you must contact the third party who carried out the transaction. Cherished Moments does not have the ability to delete information stored through these third parties.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

•Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

•Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will delete your personal information upon request.

•Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

•Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 21st May 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
